For questions about an existing order (including payment or shipping) or for help placing a new order, please email us at hello@investinherart.com. Include your name, order number, artist or artwork you are referencing and any information related to your order issue. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We will get back to you by no later than the next business day.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise specified.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping outside of the US at this point. If you are interested in purchasing a work of art from outside the US please contact our team at hello@investinherart.com
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Please carefully review our Return Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
All artwork is final sale. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way. We cannot accept returns on any artwork purchases. All artwork is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but please inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery. Please note, artwork may be impacted by delays in production or customs. Our team will provide notifications on impacted pieces as soon as we receive them.If a defect or problem with your artwork is discovered upon delivery, please contact us by email within 48 hours.
