As a printmaker specializing in etching, Alba Páramo is able to achieve sinuous and precise lines that lure us deeper into the details of her works. Her skills as a printmaker became a natural segue and foray into screen printing. Páramo's interest in fashion and textiles inspired her to transform artworks into clothing. She has has released numerous limited edition drops of her imagery, which include clothing printed by hand.

Corazones Anatomicos II is a surreal depiction of how Páramo imagines the heart of a whale, a dog and a human being. It is also inspired by her Mexican cultural heritage. This limited edition consists on ten etchings printed on a Hahnemühle sheet of paper.

The etching printing technique consists of a drawing made on a copper plate which is then inked and hand-printed on a larger sheet of paper. Each print is an original and each one of them will be unique from the other since they are all hand-printed. Edition, title and artist signature are handwritten by the artist under the printed image.
